Dave Whitehead - New Zealand Sound Designer and Composer  - Lord of the Rings, The World's Fastest Indian, Out of the Blue, Eagle Vs Shark, District 9, Snowpiercer, Chappie, and Arrival

Dave has been nominated for a BAFTA and CAS award and has won a Golden Reel from the MPSE for the films District 9 and The Adventures of Tin Tin.

Dave has worked on several international projects over the years including: The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Out of the Blue, The World's Fastest Indian, Eagle vs Shark, The Water Horse, District 9, The Lovely Bones, and The Hobbit.

Some of Dave's more recent film projects include Elysium, Snowpiercer, Chappie, and the Oscar nominated, Arrival.

Kayla Emter - Film Editor - I'm Still Here, May In the Summer, The Immigrant, The Meddler, Miles Ahead, and the upcoming, What's The Point?

Kayla's earlier work began on a variety of short films and part of an editing team on independent features like Lovely, Still for Nicholas Fackler and Casey Affleck's I'm Still Here.

Kayla has worked on a mix of film genres as an editor including Gone, May In the Summer, and The Immigrant.

More recently, Kayla has edited on Miles Ahead, The Meddler, and the upcoming comedy, What's The Point? for Lake Bell.

Hughes Winborne - Oscar winning Film Editor - Sling Blade, Crash, The Pursuit of Happyness, The Great Debaters, The Help, Fences, and All I See Is You

Hughes has edited more than twenty films over the years, including Crash, for which he won an Oscar for film editing. Hughes is an elected member of the American Cinema Editors.

Hughes has over the years edited Sling Blade, A Slipping-Down Life, The Pursuit of Happyness, The Great Debaters, Seven Pounds, Teen Patti, The Help, and Pixels.

More recently, Hughes edited the acclaimed Oscar nominated Fences, working again with actor/director Denzel Washington, and the upcoming All I See Is You for Marc Forster.

Joan Sobel - Film Editor - The Accountant, A Single Man, Being Flynn, and Nocturnal Animals

Joan learned feature storytelling as first assistant editor with writer/director Paul Thomas Anderson and editor Dylan Tichenor on Boogie Nights and as first assistant editor with writer/director Quentin Tarantino and editor Sally Menke on both Kill Bill movies.

Joan edited Being Flynn, starring Robert DeNiro and Paul Dano, for Paul Weitz. She also edited Tom Ford’s multi-award-winning A Single Man, starring Colin Firth and Julianne Moore, and the Academy Award winning short film The Accountant, directed by Ray McKinnon and Suburban Girl for Mark Klein.

More recently, Joan again collaborated with Tom Ford on the acclaimed Golden Globe and BAFTA nominated Nocturnal Animals, starring Amy Adams, Jake Gyllenhaal, Michael Shannon, about an art gallery owner, haunted by her ex-husband's novel, a violent thriller she interprets as a veiled threat and a symbolic revenge tale.

Trevor Gates - Sound Designer and Supervising Sound Editor - Chernobyl Diaries, The Man with the Iron Fists, The Sessions, Evil Dead, The Liberator, The Meddler, and Don't Breathe

Trevor's earlier work in the sound department included working as Sound Effects Editor on Chernobyl Diaries, as Sound Editor and Foley Mixer on The Man with the Iron Fists, and as Sound Effects Editor on The Sessions.

More recently, Trevor has worked in Sound Designer and Supervising Sound Editor roles on Ouija: Origin of Evil, Southside with You, The Meddler, Hell or High Water, and Don't Breathe.

Craig Shilowich - Screenwriter and Producer - Frozen River, Dark Horse, Shanghai Calling, Joe, and Christine

Craig earlier on was the location manager and assistant producer on the acclaimed feature, Frozen River.

Craig continued in production roles over the years on feature films like Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, Dark Horse, Shanghai Calling, and Stand Clear of the Closing Doors.

More recently, Craig was a production supervisor on David Gordon Green's film, Joe, a producer on Creative Control, and both producer and screenwriter on Christine, the story of Christine Chubbuck, a 1970s TV reporter struggling with depression and professional frustrations as she tries to advance her career, starring Rebecca Hall.

Merideth Boswell - Set Decorator and Production Designer - Natural Born Killers, Apollo 13, Three Burials, The Homesman, I Saw The Light

Early on Merideth worked as Set Decorator on the television series, Eerie, Indiana, He Said, She Said, and The Gun in Betty Lou's Handbag.

Merideth continued to work on acclaimed projects over the years including: Natural Born Killers, Apollo 13, Nixon, That Thing You Do!, and U Turn.

As Set Decorator, Merideth has worked in varied genres from family films like Mighty Joe Young and How the Grinch Stole Christmas, to comedy/dramas like Edtv and Bandits.

As Production Designer, Merideth has worked with Tommy Lee Jones on the acclaimed films, Three Burials and The Homesman, on the crime/drama, In the Electric Mist, and most recently on the Hank Williams bio-pic I Saw the Light.

Joe Anderson - Cinematographer - Simon Killer, Fishtail, Don't Think Twice, and Christine

As a long time alum of the Sundance Film Festival, Joe's first short appeared there at age 16.

Joe has since collaborated on over 14 films premiering at Sundance, including three best director winners.

Joe's work over the years has included the feature films: Simon Killer, Fishtail, and Don't Think Twice.

His latest project is Antonio Campos' acclaimed feature film, Christine, about Christine Chubbuck, a young woman television reporter who in 1974 committed suicide live on the air.

Joseph Krings - Film Editor - Supermensch, The Mend, Captain Fantastic, and Rebel In The Rye

Joseph has cut several shorts and music videos and his work on the music video for Kid Cudi on Pursuit of Happiness helped the video get nominated for a VMA award.

Joseph recently cut two fast and funny pop culture documentaries Drunk Stoned Brilliant Dead about National Lampoon Magazine, and Supermensch directed by Mike Myers.

Joseph also cut indie comedy The Mend starring Josh Lucas for Josh Magary.

More recently, Joseph worked on Captain Fantastic starring Viggo Mortensen and directed by Matt Ross as well as Wolves starring Michael Shannon and directed by Bart Freundlich and Rebel In The Rye, the directorial debut of award winning writer Danny Strong, about the life of J.D. Salinger.

Robert Mackenzie - Australian Sound Designer and Editor - Ashes of Time, Hero, Kung Fu Hustle, Curse of the Golden Flower, The Grandmaster, Hacksaw Ridge, and Lion

Since working within the Australian film community in 1994, Robert has completed feature films soundtracks for some of the worlds most influential directors, such as John Woo on Red Cliff, Stephen Chow on Kung Fu Hustle and CJ7, Yimou Zhang on The Road Home, Hero, Curse of the Golden Flower, and The Flowers of War, and Wong Kar Wai on Ashes of Time, The Grandmaster, and the upcoming See You Tomorrow.

Robert's other feature film credits over the years, include: Sleeping Beauty, Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, The Loved Ones, and Animal Kingdom and The Rover for David Michod.

Most recently, Robert has worked on the acclaimed features Hacksaw Ridge and Lion, as well as the upcoming feature Berlin Syndrome.
