After receiving an ACS award for an Australian independent film, Dennys was hired as cinematographer on one of the first large budget HD features shot in Bollywood. 

Dennys’ passion for photography has taken him from Outback Australia to the world over and has seen publication either in or on the cover of magazines such as Lime, Studio France, Rolling Stone, InStyle, and many national and international newspapers.

In 2005, Dennys was given the opportunity to do an exclusive shoot with Harry Potter star, Daniel Radcliffe. These images were of showed his coming of age to the world and were taken on the eve of his 16th birthday.  Since then Dennys has carried out further shoots of Dan for further Harry Potter film releases, and the Australian film the December Boys.

Dennys continues to work in film, television and music, capturing a range of intimate one-on-one portraits with actors as well as for a wide range of directors and producers on shorts and features.  

Dennys filmed Michael Rhymer’s feature film Face to Face, an adaptation from David Williamson's play of the same name which is based on the transcripts from real conflict resolution sessions.
