Pierre studied law at the
University of Montreal before beginning his career
in the film industry.
After working a variety of roles, his first production was the acclaimed film C.R.A.Z.Y. by Jean-Marc Valle.
In 2009, Pierre founded the film production company Item 7, reconnecting with Jean-Marc Valle for Cafe de Flore. Other works included: War Witch, Bon Cop Bad Cop 2, and Brooklyn.
More recent film projects include Eye On Juliet, The Hummingbird Project, Skin, and Maria Chapdelaine.
