Antoinette earned her cosmetology license in New
Jersey back in 1985, which led to 15 years "behind the chair,"
while honing her makeup and hair skills.
She earned a degree in Media Arts and Photography. With her
education, Antoinette is a hair and makeup artist
who understands light, color, composition and the film and
photographic process.
Antoinette's work in the hair department includes
the romantic comedy Unleashed, the period drama
MDMA, and the surreal satire Sorry to Bother You.
Antoinette's work as makeup artist includes the
coming-of-age drama, I Believe in Unicorns, the drama
The Boat Builder, and the comedy, Chee and T. Most recently, she was Makeup Department
Head on the acclaimed film The Last Black Man in San Francisco, about a man
struggling to reclaim a family home against the forces of
gentrification in the city.
